Christina Aguilera Talks About New CD
Christina Aguilera recently came out & spoke about her upcoming album, Bionic, coming out this March. But this time, it’s gonna be different from the usual Xtina music we’re used to.
She says that this album is “about the future” and that her son Max has motivated her “to want to play & have fun”. She’s taking her wicked high notes down a notch & she’s showing off her softer side.
She said:
“Maybe I’ve been afraid to do in the past, to allow myself to go to a place of ‘less singing’. I’m more vulnerable and more strong at the same time.”
Her first single, Glam, is described as “a poppy, hip-hop inflected throwback to Madonna’s Vogue ” & one of her producers considers this album to be “one of her best bodies of work” & goes on to say: “she’s mixing it up again. She’s singing R&B again, she’s doing pop. She’s doing it all, but she’s found a way to make it all meet in the middle because she’s so many different things.”
My prayers have finally been answered! Now, if only Justin Timberlake would make some new music!
